Order Cancellation

Scooter Guru will only accept an order cancellation before the order has been passed to our warehouse to be fulfilled, however fees may apply. All orders canceled because the customer changes their mind will incur a 10% cancellation fee. All orders made on an item that is marked as ‘On Backorder’ at time of the order being placed will incur a 10% cancellation fee. All orders made on items that are marked as ‘In Stock’ and then stock runs out before your order is processed will be refunded free of charge if the customer wishes to do so.

X-treme Scooters

Scooter Guru will refund customers in full for X-treme scooters that have been return to the warehouse with a valid RMA #. To obtain a refund, customers must first work with the X-treme scooter support department and follow their instructions. If customers have not worked and cooperated with the X-treme support department X-treme will not issue an RMA #. So that Scooter Guru is aware you would like to return your X-treme scooter for full refund please contact us via email and provide the support ticket URL(s) you have been using to work with the X-treme support department. Please also note the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning your scooter to the warehouse for a refund.

Razor Scooters

Scooter Guru will accept returns on any unopened Razor scooters that you have purchased from us, however there will be a 20% restocking fee once the order has been placed with our warehouse. Shipping costs can not be refunded once the order has been shipped.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns are not allowed. If a customer does return their scooter without authorization, Scooter Guru can not guarantee they will be refunded or returned.

For all unauthorized returns made to our warehouses that are accepted and Scooter Guru receives a refund for, the customer will be charged a 30% fee. NO shipping costs will be refunded. Items where shipping is marked as free will deduct $35 from the order total before these fees are taken out.
